If you suffer from anxiety, essential oils can be a natural remedy. Oils can be applied directly to your skin but be sure to use a carrier oil. You can also place oils in a diffuser, or use in a soothing bath.


Lavender oil can help promote relaxation.
Bergamot oil has traditionally been used to help induce sleep.
Lemon balm is considered a calming herb that may be helpful for stress and anxiety.
Ylang Ylang oil is sometimes used for anxiety and boosting mood. 
Clary sage oil may ease tension and is sometimes used to help with stress and anxiety.
