Direct Application: The process of applying the oils directly on the area of concern.

Massage: The process of massage is the stimulation of muscle, skin and connective tissues using various techniques to help promote healing, balance, and connection.

Aroma Touch: This is a simple yet powerful process for applying certain oils along the entire length of the spine and on the feet. The application of 8 essential oils has been shown to help achieve feelings of stress reduction, immune enhancement, inflammatory response reduction and homeostasis.

Diffusion: The is the easiest and simplest way of putting a fine mist of the whole oil into the air for inhalation.  When diffused, essential oils have been found to reduce the amount of airborne chemicals and to help create greater physical and emotional harmony.
